At the primary consultation the helper will help understand your needs and create a roadmap of recommendations. Primary consultation is mandatory.

Prepare to make the consultation as efficient as possible. Gather in one document the basic information about your company: type of activity, website, how many years in the market, employees, description of the main products and services. Write a list of questions that concern you. Do this in advance and note it in the comments during the registration to consultation, so that the consultant will familiarize with them before meeting with you.

Expand the question with additional information about your idea or company with relevant documents. For example, if you are consulting on marketing issues, share your marketing strategy, plan, and analysis of their effectiveness.

Offline consultations are provided live in the Entrepreneur Support Centers Diia.Business. During the war, offline consultations are available at two Diia.Business centers in Ternopil, Uzhhorod, Poltava, Rivne and Lutsk.

Consultations are also available at the Diia.Business Warsaw center. Registration for consultations is carried out on the Diia.Business portal, Kyiv time.

Please note that some consultations on the Diia.Business website are only available online.

If when registering for a consultation you do not see available dates for registration in the system — it means that all consultants are already busy this month. In addition, the calendar of available dates for consultations is periodically updated. We suggest you follow the updates on the website.

If you have already received a consultation before, we advise you to pay attention to the format of the previous communication (online/offline) during registration and choose online communication during the next consultation.

We want to give the opportunity to get professional help for many entrepreneurs, so if you want to get a re-consultation in the direction you have visited before, you have to re-apply for the necessary consultation, but in this case the consultation will last no more than 30 minutes.

All consultations on the Diia.Business website are free of charge. We strive to improve our services, so your opinion is important to us. If during the consultation you notice commercial manifestations, you are persuaded to buy services, please inform us via email business@thedigital.gov.ua and in the block for appeals at the bottom of the site "What else can we do and how can we help?".

Consultants within the Diia.Business project are competent experts representing the private and public sectors with business experience of more than 3 years or with experience in business.

Consultants provide consultations to entrepreneurs within the Diia.Business project within the stated directions of consultations and their competence on a volunteer basis.

At consultations, any commercial manifestations and inclination of entrepreneurs to buy products and services of consultants within the framework of the Diia.Business project are prohibited.

The consultations do not provide information on optimization or tax evasion, as well as on other illegal activities.

If during the consultation the user behaved aggressively, used obscene language, the user can be blocked without the possibility of further receiving free consultations on the Diia.Business platform.

You can offer your candidacy as a consultant as part of consultations on Diia.Business portal.

The main criteria for consultants providing support to entrepreneurs and business start-ups within the project:

• our team selects candidates from entrepreneurs and companies with more than 3 years of business experience or experts in a particular field with more than 3 years in business who can really help entrepreneurs;
• the team analyzes the specific practical experience of candidates in their field;
• consultants provide advice to entrepreneurs on a volunteer basis;
• any commercial manifestations and inclinations of entrepreneurs to buy products and services of consultants within the framework of the Diia.Business project are prohibited at consultations.
