To do this, you need to register for an offline consultation on the Diia.Business website. Please note that some consultations on the Diia.Business website are only available online.

If when registering for a consultation you do not see available dates for registration in the system — it means that all consultants are already busy this month. In addition, the calendar of available dates for consultations is periodically updated. We suggest you follow the updates on the site.

We want to give the opportunity to get professional help for many entrepreneurs, so if you want to get a re-consultation in the area you have visited before, you have to re-apply for the necessary consultation, but in this case the consultation will last no more than 30 minutes.

All consultations on the website Diia.Business are free of charge. We strive to improve our services, so your opinion is important to us. If during the consultation you notice commercial manifestations, you are persuaded to buy services, please inform us via email business@thedigital.gov.ua and in the block for appeals at the bottom of the site "What else can we do and how can we help?".

Consultants within the Diia.Business project — competent experts representing the private, public and public sectors with business experience of more than 3 years or with experience in business.
Consultants provide consultations to entrepreneurs within the Diia.Business project within the stated directions of consultations and their competence on a volunteer basis.

The consultations do not provide information on optimization or tax evasion, as well as on other illegal activities.

If the user behaved aggressively during the consultation, used obscene language, the user can be blocked without the possibility of further using free consultations on the platform Diia.Business.

You can offer your candidacy as a consultant as part of a consultation in Diia.Business.

The main criteria for consultants providing support to entrepreneurs and business start-ups within the project:
- our team selects candidates from entrepreneurs and companies with more than 3 years of business experience or experts in a particular field with more than 3 years of business experience who can really help entrepreneurs;
- the team analyzes the specific practical experience of candidates in their field;
- consultants provide advice to entrepreneurs on a volunteer basis;
- any commercial manifestations and inclinations of entrepreneurs to purchase products and services of consultants within the framework of the Diia.Business project are prohibited at consultations.
