Women entrepreneurs in Ukraine: who are they?
Women aged 30-50 years, have higher education. Every fifth has two or more higher educations.
Interested in development and attend business trainings or self-development, read business literature.
Most women entrepreneurs are sole proprietors of one enterprise. By the chosen form of management: Individual entrepreneurs, micro- and small businesses.
13% of women entrepreneurs operate throughout Ukraine. The vast majority work only in their region.
7% of women's enterprises are engaged in exports. Among the countries they export to: Poland, Moldova, Uzbekistan and EU countries. Every fifth entrepreneur considers the possibility of exporting in the future.
The total duration of women's business is 8 years.

The needs and problems of Ukrainian entrepreneurs in the context of a full-scale war
The purpose of this study is to describe the state of women's entrepreneurship (micro, small and medium-sized) in Ukraine, including an assessment of the needs of women entrepreneurs, including those from vulnerable groups, and to identify the challenges they face in their business activities.
