Virtual center Diia.Business 2.0
Innovative format of the hotline. To adapt more easily to the conditions of a new region of Ukraine or the territory of the de-occupied region, Ukrainians had the opportunity to contact Virtual center Diia.Business. The center's specialists helped Ukrainians who have made internal relocation due to the full-scale war every day. Virtual center Diia.Business was created to provide all the necessary answers remotely.
During the new stage, experts of Diia.Business centers provided advise Ukrainians who are forced to live outside their homes or in the recently de-occupied regions. Specialists provided recommendations on state financial support for internally displaced persons, social adaptation in places of temporary residence, as well as state support for relocated businesses.
After the consultation was provided an individual roadmap with a list of useful materials, information about contact centers and other recommendations.

The virtual center was initiated by the team of the national project Diia.Business, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Entrepreneurship and Export Promotion Office. The innovative hotline is implemented by the NGO “Consulting Center for Small and Medium Business Support” with the assistance of the “Diia Support Project”, implemented by the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine with the financial support of Sweden.
