• Cooperation with regional authorities that are focused or whose work affects the development of SMEs
• Creating products for business infrastructure — for business support centers: consultations, pop-up locations, virtual focus groups, educational programs, incubators, mentoring, virtual and physical offices
• Creating training programs for entrepreneurs at the national and local levels in synergy with the relevant departments of the office
• Creating training and support programs for specific industries
• Creating of sectoral training programs on SME export development and internationalization
• Creating a series of cross-sectoral online activities to enhance the competencies of SMEs
• Support and development of the SME Competence Development Center
• Cooperation with other countries on the implementation of best practices for SME development
• Update and develop the theme of "twin cities" and demonstrate to cities how to cooperate for business development
