Specialist in the department of education and SME support
Job description
Organizing and conducting educational events, courses, seminars, webinars, etc. Communicating with stakeholders.
Requirements for candidates
- full higher education (international relations, economics, management or relevant);
- experience in organizations for trade development, organizations for business skills and knowledge development, or in international technical assistance programs related to business education and human capital development — from 1 year;
- knowledge of the local business environment and business education market;
- experience in educational projects coordinating;
- understanding the principles of working with international donor organizations or regional development agencies, or chambers of commerce and industry and other SME support organizations;
- working experience with public authorities at national and regional levels;
- excellent command of English and Ukrainian.
Job functions
- organization and conducting of events: communication with partners, donors, preparation of event programs, communication with speakers, preparation of communication materials, working with participants, conducting an event as a moderator (if necessary), etc.;
- preparation of educational programs and plans;
- coordination of educational projects, programs and events;
- monitoring trends in educational programs in the field of SME development, foreign economic activity, including — export activity, analysis of market needs;
- searching for local and international experts and trainers;
- participation in preparation of reports on the work of the department.

Public relations specialist
Job description
Preparation of articles, publications, maintaining pages on social networks, communication with stakeholders (representatives of business, government, media, etc.).
Requirements for candidates
- full higher education (journalism, marketing, PR);
- perfect command of Ukrainian (oral and written);
- knowledge of English (oral and written) at a level not lower than B1;
- experience as SMM specialist from 1 year (Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Viber, Youtube, LinkedIn).
Job functions
- preparation of a media plan, content plan, promotion strategy;
- regular content publication on social networks;
- constant monitoring and moderation of social networks;
- organization and implementation of advertising campaigns on social networks, analysis of its effectiveness;
- preparation of weekly and monthly analytical reports on results of development of accounts in social networks;
- monitoring of the information field, analysis of notifications about relevant projects, prompt processing of information;
- providing feedback with subscribers, analysis of their activity, involvement in discussion, answers to questions;
- preparation of presentations for participation in events.
