Division functionality
- Regular research of SMEs and data analysis. Creating appropriate digital tools for their implementation. Synchronization with major stakeholders, including the private sector, for data collection and analysis.
- Creating and updating the SME strategy at the national level, an action plan, a roadmap, performance and efficiency indicators in cooperation with local entrepreneurship departments and regional development agencies.
- Regular research to promote SMEs in international markets: work with international databases Euromonitor, Statista, Mintel and others.
- Preparation of sectoral reviews and country profiles.
- Tracking trends in global and domestic markets.
- Preparation of reviews of requirements on the EU market.
- Development of step-by-step guides for business.
